Adrian is the driving force behind Natural Skincare Factory, combining passion, vision, and over two decades of experience in the skincare industry. Having grown up watching his mum, Janet, develop natural formulations, he’s carried that inspiration into building a business rooted in integrity, quality, and care.
A true family man, Adrian loves spending time with his wife and two children. Outside of work, he’s dedicated to keeping fit and enjoys travelling — always keen to explore new cultures, try local foods, and bring fresh inspiration back into his life and work.
His commitment to both his family and his business is what makes Adrian the heart of Natural Skincare Factory, guiding the brand as it continues to grow and reach more people across the UK.

Angela has been at the heart of Natural Skincare Factory for over 20 years, bringing dedication, care, and experience to everything she does. During her time with us, she also completed her first degree — a reflection of her determination and drive both inside and outside of work.
She plays a vital role in managing stock and shipping, making sure every order is packed with care and arrives on time. Her attention to detail and commitment to quality help keep our customers coming back year after year.
Away from work, Angela enjoys keeping fit and spending time outdoors. One of her favourite pastimes is walking with her daughter and exploring the beautiful landscapes of North East Scotland.

He’s also a keen golfer and a dedicated marathon runner, always setting himself new challenges and enjoying an active lifestyle.
